Refund policy

RETURNS
Consumable products are not returnable.  Please do not ship or return any packages without prior notifications.  We are unable to accept return of product that is damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or product that is ordered in error. All returns without prior approval will be discarded upon receipt, with no refund issued. Please Contact Us for any return inquiries.

CANCELLATIONS
We aim to fulfill all orders the same day they are received, so cannot guarantee cancellation.  To request cancellation, please Contact Us.  We will try our best to cancel the order right away and issue a refund.  If your order has already begun processing, we are not able to cancel your order.

You may cancel your subscription online at any time within the Manage Subscriptions section of your account with this web site.  Orders for products purchased on this web site that have already been processed prior to cancellation of a subscription may not be cancelled. 

REFUNDS
Payments made by you on this web site are final and nonrefundable, unless otherwise determined by Sunstone. 

SHIPPING
We typically ship all orders same day or within 24 hours of order confirmation. Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the online check-out process. 

Due to state laws, we are only able to ship hemp product to states that allow direct shipment.
